Five lines in an enquiry, and it can be quoted the same day.

5 THINGSREF FIGURESSWATCHES BY CODE

This page is the trade desk: what an enquiry has to contain, how swatches travel, packing plates, and a working form that stores the request for the mill.

Form

Send an enquiry

Art number, colour codes, metres, end use and a ship-to address make a quoteable request. The form stores the enquiry for the mill desk (SQLite). Outbound email is optional and may be off.

Five things that make an enquiry quotable

All five, and a quote can go out the same day. Miss one and it takes a round trip — and the colour code is the one that goes missing most often.

① Art number
Write it in full: SD-M1019 / SD-X2523 / SD-2217 / SD-8003-HO / SD-0429.
② Colour code
The code from the colour page, e.g. SD0429-3 or SD8003-HO12. This is the one that goes missing most often — without it a quote can only be given for a whole deck.
③ Quantity
Metres, split per colour code. If you do not know yet, say so; we would rather quote a range than a wrong number.
④ End use
Sofa body, chair, cushion or headboard. It decides which weave family we point you at before any code is picked.
⑤ Where it goes
Sample address and receiver. Swatches ship by courier and the tracking number comes back to you.

Swatches

Swatches travel by colour code

Ninety-six colourways carry a printed code, and the code is what a swatch request needs. The colour archive on the Products page keeps every deck in its original order so the code you read there is the code on the bench.

Codes read as printed, including the deck's own inconsistencies: SD-0429 and SD-7189 print their codes without a space, the other three with a hyphen.

How the basket works

Add colourways on the Products page and the list travels with your enquiry: colour code, art number and the deck it came from. The basket lives in this browser until you send the list — nothing is stored on a server.

Packing and loading

What the rolls look like before they leave

All four frames are the mill's own photographs from the pack — none of them is staged, and none is a render. Metres per roll, core size and pallet configuration are not in the pack, so they stay on the pending list rather than being assumed.

Questions

The three we get most

Answered from the pack. Where the pack is silent, the answer says so instead of inventing a policy.

Can you send swatches?

Yes — by colour code, cut from the same batch as the goods. The pack does not print a sample lead time, so the mill has to give that figure. Add the codes you want to the swatch basket and the list travels with the enquiry.

Can the report go to a buyer?

Yes. Intertek Hangzhou, report number HGHT07457839. It carries no art number, so quote it as covering the mill's upholstery output rather than pinning it to one of the five.

Can a colourway be dyed to order?

The decks print no custom-dye rule, so this stays open rather than being answered on a web page. The 96 colourways on the colour pages are the only certain part of the offer.
